1. Charitable Donations

All donations made to Our Path Forward Inc. are considered voluntary charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions

• Incorrect donation amount entered in error

• Unauthorized or fraudulent payment

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. Recurring Donation Program

Supporters enrolled in our recurring donation program (including the $5 monthly donor program) may:

• Cancel future payments at any time prior to the next billing cycle

• Request a refund for the most recent charge if submitted within 7 days

Once funds have been processed and allocated to program services, refunds may be denied.

3. Program or Event Fees

If Our Path Forward Inc. offers ticketed events, workshops, or program participation fees:

• Refund eligibility will be stated on the specific event or program registration page

• If an event is canceled by Our Path Forward Inc., participants will receive a full refund or credit

• If a participant cancels, refunds may be granted at the organization’s discretion

4. Processing Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us with:

• Full name

• Date and amount of transaction

• Payment method used

• Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
